There are several ways in which we aim to help the needy, but in any way it is most imperative to find people who are just like US! If you are someone who is in a position to assist and feel you'd actually like to - if not by physically giving care but by enabling affordability- read below how you can!
1. INNOVATIVE-SUSTAINABLE FUNDRAISNG
Providence Foundation is breaking with tradition of fund raising for survival. We have decided to, as one of our drives, fund raise and invest the funds and use only the interest to provide care for the rest of the Beneficiary’s life. The current usual method of Fund raising for survival through once-off donations to institutions, is a feast or famine situation which places the Beneficiary in a very tenuous and uncertain situation. In our model the individual will be sponsored and have access to funds in order to become a paying ‘customer’ in a home or care facility as fits the individual’s needs.
2. TRADITIONAL FUNDRAISING
Understanding that our innovative new fundraising system of investing donations to provide life-long support through interest earned has to be acknowledged and accepted first, we raise funds the traditional way. While our desperate beneficiaries seek the security of life-long support, a once-off donation will certainly ensure survival for a specific period of time-and we don’t intend to withhold this opportunity.
3. TOGETHER IN AID
In our effort to recruit Sponsorship Teams (simply a collection of individuals who, as a group, donate monthly funds) that will collectively take over the monthly care costs for that individual Beneficiary-we appeal to you. This means that we will be creating a situation where Beneficiaries are “adopted” by their benefactor/s, who in return will be updated and re-assured regularly of playing an imperative role in the beneficiaries’ survival. Every bit helps-please don’t think your few cents aren’t worth it!
4. BECOME A BENEFACTOR
Become someone you always wanted to be:
a caring-a sharing-a selfless, generous person who looks out for those who are unable to look out for themselves-the impoverished mentally impaired like Jamie-Lee, Wendy and Simon. Do simply contact us for ongoing or specified assistance or kindly donate to the banking details provided. If you wish, you and/or your business/organisation can then be positively mentioned on our web page. The difference you’ll make to those in need can’t possibly be imagined-thank you so very much!
